Preparations for the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 2024 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast

The members of the ARMFA Executive Committee will meet from 22 to 25 November 2023 in Kampala, the capital of Uganda. This statutory meeting will deal with several
items on the agenda, the main one being that relating to the 21st Annual General Meeting, which will be held in Abidjan, in accordance with the decision taken in Maputo, Mozambique, at the last Annual General Meeting.
The other items on the agenda include visits to some of the Uganda Road Fund’s partners and to a number of sites where work has been completed or work is in progress. Other visits will be made to some of the personalities or authorities of the Road Fund, the host of the meeting.
The President of ARMFA, the Cameroonian ESSAÏE Moussa Aubin, will make an important address to the Participants. He will outline the main features of the 2023 – 2027 Strategic Plan, on the basis of which he will provide guidelines for achieving the targeted objectives.
The Strategic Plan 2023 – 2027 is the ARMFA’s Roadmap for the period in question.
“It presents the strategic themes, objectives and initiatives based on the Performance Indicators (PI) that ARMFA, through its members, wishes to take in order to achieve its vision”.
ARMFA is a non-political, not-for-profit association founded on 18 December 2003 in Libreville, Gabon. ARMFA currently brings together the Road Maintenance Funds (RMF) of 35 of the 55 African countries.
After two decades of existence, ARMFA is further strengthening its reputation and positioning itself as a major player in the development of the third-generation network in Africa.
It is also a high-level international interlocutor for pan-African and global institutions, partners of the Road Network throughout the continent.
