THE Selection Committee of The AfricaRoadBuilders – Trophée Babacar NDIAYE is informed by HE. Andry Rajoelina, President of the Republic of Madagascar and winner of the Super Prize Great Builder- Babacar NDIAYE Trophy 2023, for the inauguration of two sections of National Road 9 (RN9).
Also, the Selection Committee is invited by the President of the Republic of Madagascar to attend this inauguration ceremony which will take place inthe last week of July 2023. The President associates the Babacar NDIAYE family to this
invitation. The General Commission of The Africa Road Builders – Trophée Babacar NDIAYE therefore notes with great satisfaction the constancy of the road development actionsby President Rajoelina.
The General Commission is also delighted that the guestswill participate in the official presentation ceremony of the Babacar NDIAYE Trophyto the Malagasy People.
It is clear that all these actions of President RAJOELINA are commendable becausethey illustrate his desire to really work for the happiness of the People throughsustainable mobility, thus joining the 2023 theme of The Africa Road Builders – Trophée Babacar NDIAYE
